Upon registration to use the FAVunite TV will provide a restricted use of the site. Once you select your first video to watch, you will be required to give your credit card information to receive your free trial of the site. You will not be charged until after the trial. THE RESTRICTIONS OF THE FREE TRIAL ARE DETERMINED SOLELY AT THE DISCRETION OF THE PROVIDER AND MAY BE MODIFIED AT ANY TIME. THE FREE TRIAL IS PROVIDED ONCE AND ONLY UPON YOUR FIRST REGISTRATION AT THE SITE FOR A SINGLE TRIAL PERIOD. THE FREE TRIAL IS NOT PROVIDED UPON SUBSEQUENT REGISTRATION BY CUSTOMER OR CUSTOMER’S AGENTS OR AFFILIATES.
All fees and charges are quoted and billed in US Dollars unless otherwise noted. FAVunite TV uses an automated payment processing system and only accepts credit card or PayPal payments at this time. All Subscribers are required to maintain valid payment information on file for the processing of any applicable service fees. At its sole discretion, FAVunite TV may use credit card issuer-approved services, such as VISA Account Updater and MasterCard Automatic Billing Updater, to acquire updated payment information for the purpose of processing outstanding payments that are on your account.
Upon completion of FAVunite TV’s Free Trial, your credit card will be charged a recurring fee depending on your subscription plan.
At the end of the Initial Term, this Agreement will automatically renew on the day following the last day of the Initial Term and will automatically renew thereafter on the first day of each renewal period as specified by the Subscription Plan, unless either party provides to the other written or electronic notice of termination in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time during the Free Trial and after the free trial at any time.
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis and the use of the Service is at your own risk. FAVunite TV makes no representations or warranties, either expressed or implied, with respect to the Service, or any service or information provided through the Service. FAVunite TV is not responsible for any damages, injury or economic loss arising from the use of the content or Service provided by FAVunite TV.
In no event will FAVunite TV be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages or economic loss arising out of the Service or in connection with your website or any other services or products provided to you.
FAVunite TV, its officers, directors, owners, agents and employees shall in no way be liable to you or anyone else for any loss or injury resulting from the use of its service or website.
In no event shall FAVunite TV be held liable for any damages or economic loss, whatsoever, as a result of notifying any official of potentially illegal content on its website, or for providing copies of your data files to the appropriate authorities or cooperating with law enforcement efforts to locate persons who have posted content that is illegal or promotes illegal conduct.
FAVunite TV will not be liable for any delay, interruption or failure in the provisioning of services if caused by acts of God, declared or undeclared war, fire, flood, storm, slide, earthquake, power failure, the inability to obtain equipment, supplies or other facilities that are not caused by a failure to pay, labor disputes, or other similar events beyond our control that may prevent or delay service provisioning.
Without prejudice to FAVunite TV’s other rights under these terms and conditions, if you breach these terms and conditions in any way, FAVunite TV may take such action as FAVunite TV deems appropriate to deal with the breach, including suspending your access to the website, prohibiting you from accessing the website, blocking computers using your IP address from accessing the website, contacting your internet service provider to request that they block your access to the website and/or bringing court proceedings against you.
